Logos: You can have up to 2 company images on your company detail page. They should be either .GIF or .JPG format, with the dimensions 519x66 pixels for the longer rectangular image, and 131x123 pixels for the square image. Images not in these exact sizes will be rescaled as needed to fit the required dimensions. Each image must have a file size of 12k or smaller. You can see examples of how these images will be placed by clicking here

Banners: Our standard banner images are .GIF or .JPG format, with dimensions of 468x60 pixels. Animated banners are OK, and we don't strictly enforce a file size, although less than 20k is a good rule of thumb. Banners are placed in random rotation at the top of each page of our site.

Catalogs: Plant catalogs should be submitted as standard "comma separated value" (CSV) files or Microsoft Excel (XLS) files in order to take advantage of our semi-automated uploading process. Plants should be listed one plant per row, with columns for botanical name (required), common name (optional), plant type (optional), size (optional), and comments (optional). There are also many other optional plant attributes you can provide including prices, quantities, harvest types, etc. This automated upload feature is rather new and we're still finalizing the content format and will have additional documentation soon, but generally speaking, if you list the plant info one plant per row, we can sort it out. Other formats (Word documents, Excel documents formatted more for presentation, PDF documents, etc.) are accepted, but will be manually entered and will take additional time.

Hard good catalogs can be automatically uploaded if you provide the files in the formats listed here , formats (like those described above for plants) area acceptable, but again, will be manually entered and will take additional time.
