The technology allows the show host to register all exhibitors on-line, administer the show more easily, extend the duration and attendance of their show by allowing 'virtual' attendance before, during and after the live show, and earn additional fees for exhibitors' enhanced web presence.

Exhibiting companies have the ability to enhance and maintain their "online" booths from any computer with an Internet connection. This is a password protected area and only the supplier can dictate who has access. The exhibitor has the ability to list up to 25 "show-special" items for sale, including pictures and narratives about each product. Exhibitors can use this as a communication tool as well since they can also have company and product information brochures available for download.

Attendees now have the opportunity to 'go' to tradeshows that in the past they may not have because of cost, time, travel distance, etc. While visiting show2net, an attendee has the ability to find companies by product type, name, booth number and various other ways.
