Import Tools
Hardgoods Templates The first step in importing your hardgoods catalog is to create a data file with all the necessary information about your products. Right-Click on any of the links below and choose "Save Target As" to download our pre-built templates.
To properly fill out either of these templates, you'll need a list of our categoryID codes. Once you complete your data file based on one of the templates above, please email it to: import@plantfind.com and we'll begin uploading your products. If you've got pictures of your products, please include them as a separate attachment in a .ZIP or other compressed archive format (we can read most any archive formats, including those specifically for the Macintosh). Images should be .GIF or .JPG format, and we recommend two sizes for best visual presentation on the PlantFind website (100x100 pixels and 50x50 pixels), although we will resize your images automatically if they don't match these dimensions.
Please Note: If the data files you submit are not in the required format, we may not be
able to properly import your products. If you have any questions about the formats, please contact
